📋 Description

• Translate business goals into specific software requirements • Prioritize software features based on market need analyses and company strategies • Support strategizing external collaborations and integrations to accelerate platform value • Manage software project scope by making tradeoffs between competing software requirements (time vs. cost, security vs. speed) • Prioritize feature requests from software development teams • Crystallize the product vision and work closely with software engineers/the technical team to define specifications • Ensure the software solution successfully meets business goals and users' needs • Track progress against plan and resolve variances as soon as identified • Make tradeoffs between features, schedule, and costs based on business goals, company policies, architecture constraints, and team capabilities • Represent the software development team's interests to stakeholders and customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) • Seven (7) years of working experience in digital solution development in a private, public, government or military environment • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status) • Travel: May include up to 25% (domestic/international) • Five (5) years of experience as a manager/supervisor with multiple direct reports (preferred) • Master’s degree in business administration or technology management (preferred) • Five (5) years of healthcare industry experience (preferred) • Agile Methodology experience including Release Management and Quality Management • Experience with design research techniques (e.g., interviews, contextual inquiry, usability testing, card sorting) • Hypothesis-driven, problem-solving orientation with quantitative and qualitative analysis • Ability to synthesize structured and unstructured data into insights and executive level narratives • Experience leading multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel • Confidence working independently and collaboratively; stakeholder management skills
