• Analizar y resolver problemas de clientes de manera rápida y efectiva, garantizando soluciones duraderas. • Mantener un conocimiento profundo de los productos y servicios para ofrecer información precisa. • Escalar problemas complejos y gestionar disputas cuando sea necesario. • Orientar a los clientes sobre actualizaciones, cambios y asuntos urgentes. • Colaborar con equipos internos para proponer mejoras basadas en retroalimentación. • Realizar capacitaciones periódicas para clientes sobre el uso de servicios y funciones. • Crear documentación de soporte (FAQs, artículos para la base de conocimiento). • Cumplir con los niveles de servicio (SLAs) gestionando tickets y correos oportunamente. • Preparar contenido para diferentes plataformas y revisar protocolos de servicio. • Mantener altos estándares de atención al cliente y representar la marca con profesionalismo.

🎯 Requirements

• Educación: Bachillerato (preferible estudios técnicos o universitarios). • Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en atención al cliente (cualquier industria). • Idiomas: Inglés avanzado (escrito y hablado) – requisito indispensable. • Habilidades técnicas: Manejo de aplicaciones SaaS y software como Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Microsoft Office. • Competencias: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal. • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo. • Organización, atención al detalle y manejo de múltiples tareas. • Adaptabilidad a entornos dinámicos tipo contact center. • Proactividad, ética laboral y orientación a resultados.
