• Gestionar una cartera de aproximadamente 50 clientes del sector de cuidado en casa • Realizar llamadas mensuales de seguimiento y soporte • Analizar métricas de uso de la app y generar recomendaciones • Actualizar contenido en la app y proponer ideas creativas para aumentar la interacción • Capacitar a los clientes en el uso del software • Resolver problemas técnicos y solicitudes de los clientes • Promover funciones adicionales y apoyar en la retención de clientes
🎯 Requirements
• Mujer, mayor de 25 años • Experiencia previa en roles de éxito del cliente • Inglés avanzado (9.0–10.0) • Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y organizada • Conocimiento de herramientas como Canva, HubSpot y plataformas similares • Enfoque en resolución de problemas y atención al cliente • Importante: El CV debe estar acompañado de un video de presentación
