• Lead and manage the QA team, providing technical and strategic direction. • Develop and implement quality strategies and standards to ensure product excellence. • Establish and maintain efficient and effective testing processes. • Collaborate closely with development and product teams to identify areas for improvement and resolve technical issues. • Actively participate in the software development lifecycle to ensure quality from inception to launch. • Evaluate and adopt appropriate testing tools to improve productivity and quality. • Perform code reviews and technical audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. • Be a technical leader within the team, providing mentoring and professional development to QA team members. • Manage resources and budgets related to QA activities.
🎯 Requirements
• LATAM Based • +5 years of experience in QA roles • +3 years of experience as a QA Team Lead • Knowledge of Automation & Manual Testing • C1 English level • Systems Analyst / Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering or similar.
