• Proven experience in as independent marketing professional with 5 years experience, of which preferably 2–3 years in medical device • You are developing into a strong strategic and operational marketing force and bring experience in CRM, marketing automation, and digital tools • You possess both analytical and creative skills, make data-driven decisions, and independently and pragmatically implement campaigns from A to Z • Demonstrated experience in project management • Demonstrate strong capability to plan, monitor, and follow up on budget execution, ensuring alignment with financial targets and timely corrective actions • Strong communication skills including to customers and other stakeholders • Initiative, hands-on mentality, and team spirit in an international matrix organization • Fluent in [Local Language] and English
