• Provide timely support to customer inquiries across channels (inbound calls, outreach, email, live chat, social media) • Deliver best-in-class customer experience • Create and foster lasting customer relationships • Take accountability for customers and solve problems on first contact by mastering the customer journey • Follow through with commitments/promises to guests • Complete managerial requests and manage upwards to improve service experience • Maintain company policy on service requests • Additional duties as necessitated by business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency with computer applications • Typing Speed: 45 WPM • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Exceptional customer service skills • Team player with a very strong work ethic and high energy level • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred • 2+ years Customer Service or Sales experience required
