📋 Description

• Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling with enterprise clients and prospects in the Fortune 100 space while presenting a warm, professional, well-spoken, and caring persona as an effective representative of SOTI. • Collaborate with regional sales team consultatively with clients/stakeholders, helping them to envision the possibility of mobility for long-term strategic enablement. • Conduct detailed onsite and remote demonstrations of SOTI products to showcase business value to C-Level executives and decision-makers. • Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) to prospective customers across SOTI’s line of products to showcase technical capabilities and integrations with existing enterprise systems. • Conduct detailed customer & partner QBRs focusing on the technical enablement of the partners as well as reviewing opportunity pipeline for growing the existing customer base through license or product add-ons. • Obtain market segment insights and generate recommendations for product roadmaps (feature requests). • Investigate issues reported by customers or found by yourself during the POC process, and communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues. • Provide email and telephone-based presales technical support for our software products. • Respond to RFPs, take ownership of the RFP process, and work with cross-functional internal teams. • Perform as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a particular product to support your regional team with advanced inquiries & high-value engagements. • Lead execution of internal team projects and initiatives while owning deadlines/delivery. • Creation and update of product whitepapers on product best practices. • Assist new Top-Tier Partners with onboarding and provide continuous development to raise their engagement level.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of work experience with experience related to mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility (Android, iOS, Linux, Windows), BYOD, and SaaS. • Minimum five years prior in-depth experience working with MDM/EMM/UEM solutions, BYOD, SaaS, and similar in a sales engineering/presales role • Vertical markets expertise in one of these key verticals (T&L, Retail, Healthcare). • Excellent written and verbal communication with demonstrated ability to communicate the complexities of technical programs. • Advanced / Expert Knowledge of computer networking principles (DNS, IP network, Firewalls, etc.). • CCNA and/or similar preferred. • Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizing workload, working within service standards and agreed objectives • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Certificate Authorities, and Identity Management systems. • Strong knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Application Management (IAM), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), the Identity provider (IdP), certificates, encryption, etc. • Expert knowledge and experience with databases (i.e., Microsoft SQL Server, MY SQL, MongoDB, and others). • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Rest APIs and coding (i.e., Java Scripting, HTML, etc.). • Well-versed and experienced with managing and navigating technical sales cycles. • Understanding and hands-on experience with containerization and virtualization. • A proven track record of holding C-level conversations focusing on solution value and business impact. • Value / Solution Selling experience and preferred certification. • Nice to Have Cisco Certified Network Associate or equivalent. • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate. • Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) - Exchange or equivalent experience. • Any formal sales training - Value Selling, SPIN, Miller Heiman. • PMP Certification. • Microsoft Certifications. • Cloud computing Certifications. • Strong knowledge of CRM, ERP, and MRP systems. • Multilingual capabilities. • Android Enterprise Expert Certifications.
