🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in product management, with at least 2+ years focused on mobile app development (iOS and Android) • Demonstrated success launching and iterating consumer-facing features, especially in community or social platforms • Experience integrating or working with AI tools and features (e.g., personalization, automation, chatbots) • Strong understanding of product lifecycle, agile/scrum methodologies, and cross-functional team collaboration • Experience with Mighty Network or other social/community management platforms • Familiarity with product tools such as Jira, Trello, Figma, Mixpanel, Firebase, or similar • Comfortable navigating both product and tech conversations; able to “speak engineer” and “speak stakeholder” • Embrace a flexible, agile approach to community management, adjusting strategies as the company grows and pivots • Strong ability to keep teams aligned, motivated, and on-track • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
