📋 Description

• Planning and managing a large support unit for disability determination process • Ensuring compliance with DES guidelines and regulations • Supporting business development efforts for retirement products • Developing and overseeing retirement product operations • Cultivating relationships with clients and stakeholders • Managing clinical and administrative staff activities • Conducting Quality Assurance reviews and reporting findings

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed RN to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts • 6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent clinical licensure and experience • Masters prepared licensed or certified vocational rehabilitation counselor or other licensed or certified Allied Health professional in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts • 3 years of relevant experience in the medical and/or Psychological fields including 2 years of specific medical training
