📋 Description

• Gather and analyze requirements with business and IT areas. • Design and develop SAP BW solutions (InfoObjects, ADSOs, Cubes, CompositeProviders, MultiProviders). • Build and optimize ETL data flows using SAP Data Services and SAP BW DataFlows. • Integrate data from SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA and external sources (databases, APIs, flat files). • Create analytical queries using BEx Query Designer and integrate reports with SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI or Tableau. • Perform tuning and troubleshooting of BW loads and queries. • Prepare technical documentation, deliver training and provide post-implementation support. • Actively participate in migration and upgrade projects to BW/4HANA.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in SAP BW/BI projects. • Hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA, including data modeling (ADSO, CompositeProvider, Open ODS Views). • Proficiency in ETL using SAP Data Services (BODS) and loading routines between ECC/S/4HANA and BW. • Proven experience in HANA view modeling (Calculation Views) and integration with BW. • Demonstrated experience creating BEx queries and integrating with analytics tools (SAC, BO, Power BI, Tableau). • Advanced ABAP knowledge for BW (Start/End routines, Transformations and DTP). • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). • Strong analytical reasoning and attention to detail. • Good communication with technical and business stakeholders. • Technical leadership capability and mentoring of junior team members. • Proactive, results-focused and committed to deadlines. • Strategic vision and alignment with organizational objectives. • SAP BW/4HANA certification or equivalent (desirable). • Experience in migrating classic BW environments to BW/4HANA (desirable). • Knowledge of SAP Data Hub, SAP SLT or SDI (desirable). • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) (desirable). • Scrum Master certification (CSM) (desirable).
