📋 Description

• Support agile transformation at multiple levels of the organization, across IT and business areas. • Implement, monitor and continuously improve agile frameworks, ensuring ongoing process evolution. • Mentor and enable Product Owners, Scrum Masters and cross-functional squads in agile principles, practices and mindset. • Facilitate ceremonies, workshops, retrospectives, planning activities and organizational events alongside Scrum Masters. • Promote continuous improvement, team autonomy and the dissemination of best practices for collaboration and self-organization. • Act as a change-management facilitator, supporting the adoption of new processes and behaviors. • Assess teams' agile maturity and develop structured evolution plans. • Support leaders in decision-making by providing a systemic perspective and a focus on value delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe, LeSS and other scalable models. • Hands-on experience in large-scale organizational agile transformation. • Advanced facilitation skills for groups, dynamics, training and workshops. • Diagnostic and analytical capability to build agile maturity and evolution plans. • Excellent communication, empathy, influencing and conflict-management skills. • Results-oriented mindset, focus on continuous delivery and ability to adapt to a corporate context. • Strategic vision, systems thinking and strong ability to coordinate across functions. • Continuous-learning mindset, flexibility and resilience.
