• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in fast-paced or dynamic environments • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to approach challenges with logic and creativity • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas for diverse stakeholders • Adept at documentation, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical solutions • Proactive, detail-oriented, and driven to understand the why behind every process • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively to drive meaningful outcomes.
