📋 Description

• We are seeking a mid to senior-level Graphic and Architectural Designer with a focus on design elements. • The ideal candidate will excel in conceptualizing and creating designs for a variety of projects, including playgrounds, gardens, and high-end residential spaces. • Conceptual Design: Take hand-drawn sketches of play-structures and other elements to digital documentation. • Develop detailed design plans in line with project objectives and client expectations. • Design Execution: Create 2D linework using AutoCAD for precise and accurate construction planning. • Utilize Adobe Photoshop for 2D illustrations and visual details. • Generate diagrams and infographics via Adobe Illustrator to support design elements. • Develop 3D perspectives using Trimble SketchUp for client presentations. • Create isometric visuals via Trimble Layout for additional design depth. • Presentation & Documentation: Utilize Adobe InDesign to compile all design elements into a polished presentation that adheres to high standards. • Include visuals, perspectives, isometrics, dimensions, and notations in presentations and documentation. • Quality Control: Ensure that all design elements meet company standards for quality and aesthetics. • Work diligently to meet project deadlines. • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with team members for seamless project execution. • Offer design insights and recommendations to improve project outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong emphasis on architectural design. • Expertise in SketchUp and AutoCAD is essential. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Architecture, or a related field. • Exceptional attention to detail and high-quality design output. • Self-motivated and capable of working under strict timelines. • Excellent communication skills.
