📋 Description

• Handle all aspects of general accounting, including revenue, accruals, prepayments, COGS, and fixed assets. • Prepare and maintain monthly schedules such as amortization, prepaid, and accrual schedules. • Review and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP. • Assist in month-end closing activities, including journal entries and financial reporting. • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries. • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely resolution of accounting issues. • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • CPA preferred but not required. • Proven experience handling revenue, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, AR, AP, and COGS. • Strong working knowledge of NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks with minimal supervision. • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP. • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
