📋 Description

• Create ServiceNow solution design concepts, integration architecture and framework for IT initiatives surrounding the platform • Understand the business context and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation • Work with Program Resources to define sustainment governance and processes as part of operational transition • Provide insight and expertise into the ServiceNow platform capabilities and vendor product roadmap • Work with ServiceNow team and business units to identify opportunities where the ServiceNow software can create streamlining, efficiency and automation • Critically evaluate business unit requirements and Strategic vision of the platform to develop design and architecture concepts • Administer and monitor the development and functionality of the ServiceNow Software • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs • Execute system testing as needed • Aid other employees by liaising with them through healthy and positive interactions • Continuously update skills by participating in professional training and cross-training offered by the Bank • Serve as a back up to the other ServiceNow team members • Work with the Line of Business on projects surrounding the ServiceNow Platform • Perform other tasks, responsibilities, or duties, as directed by management

🎯 Requirements

• In depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform including Architecture, Development, Configuration and Platform Security • Integration experience with tools and applications such as BigFix, Bomgar, Rapid7, Workday • Prior experience and/or understanding of Banking Processes and Workflow • Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or related field required • Training, management, ServiceNow Certification strongly preferred • Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large complex environments • Minimum of 5+ years of technology implementation • Information Technology experience required, including development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale systems • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment with short deadline • Proficient in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle • Strong technical project management and / or leadership skills • Certified ServiceNow Application Developer, Implementer, Technical Architect or Master Architect Preferred • Expert knowledge of bank operations, technology, and their applications • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills • Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills while interacting professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts • Excellent documentation skills • Excellent problem identification and resolution skills • Must be well-organized, accurate, and attentive to detail • Must be cooperative and willing to assist coworkers and customers on a regular basis • Must have effective listening skills • Must be able to remain composed under pressure • Exceptionally skilled at influencing and leading change • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills • Trainable, teachable, demonstrates continuous self-improvement • Self-Motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision • Strong knowledge of SouthState Bank’s systems and software applications • Certified ITIL practitioner • Minimum of 10 years of experience in ServiceNow Development or equivalent knowledge preferred • Knowledge and comprehension of JavaScript & HTML • Proficient in web front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS • Functional front-end development with technologies such as ReactJs or Elm • Familiar with modern JavaScript development tools such as Webpack and Babel • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining processes via ITSM • Telecommuting requirements: dedicated work area, minimum 10 mbps download and 5 mbps upload, Ethernet connection may be required
