📋 Description

• Own and manage Spark’s Salesforce org — including user management, permissions, profiles, and security settings. • Design and implement scalable system improvements across Sales, Success, and Marketing workflows. • Build automation and process efficiencies using Flows and other native Salesforce tools. • Partner cross-functionally with GTM and Operations teams to translate business goals into system driven solutions. • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to drive data visibility and performance insights for leadership. • Ensure data integrity and reliability through audits, deduplication, and data management best practices. • Support and optimize integrations between Salesforce and other systems (Airtable, Hubspot, Intercom, Zapier, and Spark’s proprietary platform). • Stay current on Salesforce and other industry leading GTM Systems innovations and champion best practices that enhance team productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, ideally supporting fast-growing GTM teams. • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) required; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder a plus. • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, automation, and data management. • Experience supporting GTM functions (Sales, Success, or Marketing) and understanding their workflows. • Experience managing Salesforce integrations with third-party tools. • Excellent communication and documentation skills — you make technical systems clear and accessible. • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for improving team performance and data visibility.
