📋 Description

• Lead and own the technical integration of new web and mobile app partners onto the Meetscale SSP, ensuring a seamless and timely transition. • Provide in-depth technical consultancy to publishers regarding implementation strategies (e.g., C2S, S2S…) to maximize performance and compliance. • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation (internal and external) for all technical integration processes. • Act as the primary technical point of contact (PoC) for all assigned publishers, managing technical inquiries and escalations. • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex integration and technical issues (e.g., bid request failures, latency, ad rendering issues) in real-time, focusing on minimal impact on publisher revenue. • Document and establish clear troubleshooting processes and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure swift and efficient resolution of common and critical issues. • Bridge the gap between business and engineering, translating publisher feedback and technical needs into clear, actionable requirements for the Product and Technical teams. • Support the Sales and Account Management teams by providing technical expertise during pre-sales and upsell opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SSP (Web and/or Mobile) • Strong capability for complex technical troubleshooting • Data-driven approach to manage and drive decisions • Fluent in English and French • Thrive in autonomous, fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
