📋 Description

• Responsible for managing and implementing control, continuity, configuration, connectivity, data protection, monitoring, auditing, performance, security, disaster recovery, automation (scripting and RPA), and other solutions under the responsibility of the Architecture and Support area. • Execute and assist in providing technical guidance to the team regarding operational activities for IT resources (infrastructure and systems). • Act as a technical coach based on the client's practices and tools. • Perform problem analysis, root cause investigation, and resolution of impediments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or completion of any undergraduate degree accompanied by a postgraduate certification (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in Information Technology. • Solid experience in DevOps. • Experience in software development projects that used agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban. • Application of Agile practices.
