📋 Description

• Provide top-level after-sales support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email • Assist with troubleshooting, software navigation, and security settings • Handle Apple ID, password recovery, and account management requests • Advise customers on optimizing their devices and services • Ensure a high-quality customer journey by resolving issues efficiently • Collaborate with technical teams when needed to ensure case resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Native or near-native Dutch speaker with fluent English (B2+) • Customer support or tech support experience is preferred • Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in technology • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively • Flexible with schedules (shifts may include evenings/weekends)
