📋 Description

• Remote position for a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist at Specialist.PH • Role focused on building, managing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive measurable results • Understand customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and designing flows without gaps or "orphaned" emails • Build, manage, and optimize advanced Klaviyo flows using conditional splits and logic • Develop and refine segmentation strategies to target customer groups effectively • Conduct regular audits of email accounts and flows to identify and fix issues • Create, test, and launch popups, signup forms, and other capture tools in Klaviyo • Analyze campaign and flow performance and provide recommendations for improvement • Map and implement lifecycle-based customer journeys across email touchpoints • Stay up to date with Klaviyo updates and best practices to improve campaign outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in email marketing, with proven Klaviyo expertise. • Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (flows, conditional splits, segmentation, and forms) • Knowledge of lifecycle marketing and customer journey mapping • Proven experience running audits and optimizing email account structure • Ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven improvements • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English) • Comfortable talking to clients on the phone • Add the phrase "Klaviyo Pro" into your resume or cover letter near the top • A keen eye for detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH time or at least overlap US time zones by 4 hours) • Strong internet connection and video conferencing tools.
