📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications via APIs, middleware, or third-party tools • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Build and maintain workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows to support business processes • Ensure best practices in coding, security, and system performance • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and system errors • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities • Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience) • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), SOQL, and SOSL • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.) • Familiarity with Salesforce declarative features (flows, process builder, validation rules) • Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing model, and governor limits • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team • Salesforce Developer Certification(s) (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) preferred • Willingness and ability to work between 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM PH Time to align with the US team
