• Build project plans that ensure maximum utilisation of the team for impact. • Partner with Product to translate their 'Why?' into a 'What? Who? How? and 'When' in a cohesive plan. • Leads cross-team collaboration, driving alignment and ensuring coordination. • Coordinates the deliverables from external partners as necessary. • Ticket creation and management in support of the roadmap. • Project-level resource assignment and scheduling. • Creates a culture of constant improvement. • Provide on-demand, accurate status to stakeholders. • Run all team ceremonies and meetings • Drive resolution of production issues.
• Must be based in IN timezone • Fluent in written and spoken English • Degree or Masters in a business or technology discipline is preferred. • Demonstrated experience managing teams in a scrum framework • Experience in defining business requirements in the context of software and application development from a customer viewpoint • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail • Experience in working with UI/UX teams
