📋 Description

• Work with the Global TA Lead to deliver key milestones in building a scalable, insight-led Centre of Excellence • Map, document, and help refine end to end recruitment workflows to drive consistency, efficiency and an excellent stakeholder and candidate experience • Create and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that give visibility into hiring performance, funnel metrics and forecasting • Establish ways to gather and share market insights, from talent mapping and benchmarking to competitor trends that inform strategic decisions • Collaborating on employer branding initiatives, helping to shape and scale our global talent brand as a key investment area • Drive the adoption of AI-driven tools and automation to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and data accuracy • Support the rollout of best practices, SLAs, and frameworks to ensure operations excellence across the TA team • Helping to drive adoption of new tools, processes, and data-led ways of working, supporting communication and engagement across teams

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, TA Transformation or HR/TA Project Management within global, high growth organisations • Confident analysing data and translating it into action • Demonstrable track record of delivering change projects and clearly articulating their business impact • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, systems and metrics • Experienced in leveraging technology and AI-driven tools to improve efficiency, innovation, decision-making, and candidate experience • Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast moving, scaling business • Skilled at using Google Workspace, ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, CRM tools and data visualisation tools such as Miro / Power BI / Tableau or similar • Excited by the chance to help build something new and high impact • Fluency in English is essential
