📋 Description

• Lead/execute end-to-end congress project management • Manage onsite operations and team coordination • Oversee KOL engagement planning and execution • Handle incoming event requests and workspace setup • Create and refine CongressIQ playbooks and standard operating procedures • Assist with new customer onboarding and implementation projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in congress/convention planning and execution • Knowledge in congress engagement and KOLs mapping and engagement • Experience in onsite business suite management • Skills in stakeholder management and congress project planning • Ability to manage concurrent projects and teams • Proficiency in managing KOL appointments and ancillary meetings in life sciences.
