• 4+ years of experience building production systems using REST services, SOA, or microservices • Demonstrated ownership of systems, features, or cross-functional initiatives • 3+ years working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban) with mature CI/CD pipelines • 3+ years of experience building applications with Ruby on Rails • Proven ability to build modern, responsive front-ends using technologies like JavaScript, Vue.js, or TypeScript. • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles • Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, ORM/DAO concepts, and modern cloud technologies (AWS preferred; Azure acceptable) • Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders • Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security principles.
