📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate various civil construction projects from start to finish. • Ensure that schedules and budgets are met, while supporting, coaching, and providing guidance to Project Superintendents. • Oversee and facilitate the Owner/Client partnership in the field. • Lead by example in a way that reflects our company culture and core values. • Manage resources including manpower, equipment, and materials with attention to budgetary limitations. • Manage subcontractors to ensure quality standards and specifications are met. • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports. • Regularly communicate with clients concerning budget, schedule, and quantity tracking. • Ensure adherence to budget; make necessary adjustments when complications arise. • Ensure safety standards and guidelines are followed on job sites. • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and engineers to discuss and resolve challenges. • Manage actions necessary due to delays, bad weather, or emergencies on construction sites. • Build and maintain relationships with all involved parties and key vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of civil experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365. • Procore experience preferred. • Thorough understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations. • Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions, working well under pressure, and when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays. • Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems. • Thorough understanding of engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to be professional in any situation. • Ability to be a team player with leadership capabilities. • Must be comfortable delegating tasks. • Proficiency in spoken and written English is a mandatory requirement for this role, as it is essential for understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and participating in team communications.
