📋 Description

• Lead the strategy and execution of multi-market Consultant Roadshows, including data analysis, communications and performance tracking to strengthen consultant engagement and influence. • Manage and evolve the Consultant Advisory Council (CAC) owning communications, briefings, membership activation, event content and the 2026 strategy refresh to deepen consultant partnership and drive referral opportunities. • Serve as project lead for the ROI narrative, collaborating with product marketing to strengthen our value story and equip consultants with proof points that drive client conversions. • Plan and execute scalable consultant-facing events (hosted, partner and event-in-a-box programs) designed to increase reach, nurture relationships and generate qualified opportunities through the consultant ecosystem. • Build and optimize consultant nurture programs and Outreach sequences to support ongoing education, engagement and pipeline activation. • Create and manage consultant collateral and assets including landing pages, newsletters, and campaign materials that reinforce our value proposition and accelerate deal influence. • Lead consultant campaigns such as RFP activations, awareness initiatives and seasonal gifting to maintain visibility and drive top-of-funnel activity. • Develop consultant-focused messaging and content that clearly communicates ROI, differentiation, and key outcomes to increase consultant advocacy and influence on employer decisions. • Oversee consultant advertising and sponsorships to expand awareness and reinforce our leadership position across key consulting firms and markets. • Collaborate closely with the Consultant Revenue Team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives • Oversee consultant marketing budgets to ensure impactful, ROI-driven investment

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, benefits or HR technology, with a strong understanding of the consultant and broker ecosystem and its impact on employer decision-making. • Proven success designing and executing marketing programs that generate measurable revenue, pipeline, and referral growth through consultant or channel partnerships. • Exceptional storytelling, content development, and writing skills with the ability to translate complex value propositions into consultant-ready narratives that drive action. • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to lead multiple programs simultaneously and influence cross-functional teams effectively. • Experience developing executive communications and relationship-based marketing initiatives that drive measurable commercial outcomes. • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach) to build, launch, and measure channel and consultant engagement campaigns. • Collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to lead through influence and work seamlessly across marketing, sales, and partnerships to drive shared growth goals.
