• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for SpringVerify — from discovery to delivery. • Build and execute a customer-centric product roadmap aligned with business goals. • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless BGV experiences and integrations with HR platforms. • Deep dive into customer pain points, conduct user research, and analyze data to inform product decisions. • Ensure the platform complies with industry standards and privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, FCRA). • Work closely with engineering and design to deliver intuitive, scalable, and secure features. • Define success metrics, track performance, and iterate quickly based on insights and feedback. • Contribute to strategic discussions on positioning SpringVerify in the HR tech ecosystem.
• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in HR Tech, Recruitment Tech, or Compliance-driven SaaS • Deep understanding of HR workflows and tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS, onboarding platforms) • Familiarity with background verification flows (ID checks, employment history, education, criminal checks, etc.) • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset • Experience working in Agile product teams with a track record of successful launches • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
