📋 Description

• Guide customers through solution design and manage technical implementation • Support sales efforts by reviewing solution design, scope, and implementation strategy • Analyze and translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive architectural blueprints • Drive solid instance health by guiding remediation of configurations • Collaborate with clients to establish governance processes for successful go-lives

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in architect and consulting roles, focusing on technology (Digital/SaaS/Enterprise Software) • Preferred experience in technology consulting from Global System Integrator and/or SaaS/Cloud company architecting complex enterprise systems • Fortune 500, Telco/call Center Network/Infrastructure experience • Previous roles in Enterprise Architecture with relevant certifications (e.g., Togaf, IT4IT, CCIE) • Expert level understanding of call center technology stack and communication platforms (CpaaS) • Understanding of systems architecture and scalability in performance-driven solutions • Knowledge of data sharing, visibility considerations, and authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
