📋 Description
• Design, maintain and evolve our training programs to ensure quality, consistency and effectiveness. • Design comprehensive, project-oriented programs based on problem-based learning. • Define the pedagogical culture, methodologies and quality standards. • Recruit, select and onboard instructors (coaches, authors, evaluators). • Build and deploy learning paths in the LMS. • Standardize materials and produce project templates, briefs, guides and assessments. • Implement a continuous improvement process based on feedback from students and partner companies. • Lead research projects in partnership with our corporate partners (observatories, studies, benchmarks). • Support students (synchronously and asynchronously) in completing the various projects included in the training programs. • Assess students' knowledge.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience on SAP projects across different contexts (run operations, support, TMA [application maintenance], design, roll-out). • Experience in instructional design, program management or professional training. • Comfortable with project-oriented pedagogical approaches. • Ability to structure, document and standardize/operationalize processes. • Rigor in assessment and the ability to provide constructive feedback. • Autonomy, a strong sense of quality and attention to detail. • Familiarity with LMS environments is a plus.
