📋 Description

• Create exciting and effective training for clients • Contribute to successfully moving clients through their implementation journey • Rework technical documents and other material into effective training, activities, and assessments • Assist with creating onboarding and training content for new internal SpryPoint team members • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute to e-learning initiatives • Create a range of training artifacts and activities showing clients how to use SpryPoint software and why they love it • Collaborate with fellow Learning Designers, product development, UI, and Service Delivery teams • Report to the Manager, Learning Design & Enablement

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience creating high-quality training material for software applications • Certificate/Diploma specializing in instructional design for adults, curriculum development, or a related field • Experience using Adobe products, Zoom, Pages, and Keynote to create training activities and artifacts • Strong proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline • Working knowledge of LMS platforms and SCORM-based publishing workflows • Curiosity for AI-powered tools such as Synthesia and NotebookLM, with willingness to experiment and iterate • Excellent verbal communication and advanced writing skills in English • Demonstrated interest in lifelong learning • Experience in the utility sector, SaaS, or software implementation preferred but not required • Final candidates must complete a background check and identity verification
