• Impartir clases virtuales en vivo • Guiar a los estudiantes en el desarrollo de competencias clave para brindar un servicio empático y profesional • Abordar temas como: actitud de servicio, comunicación asertiva, escucha activa, manejo de quejas, resolución de conflictos y fidelización del cliente • Facilitar la participación en clase y acompañar el proceso de aprendizaje • Evaluar el progreso de los alumnos y brindar retroalimentación clara y útil
• Formación profesional en áreas como Administración, Atención al Cliente, Comunicación, Mercadeo, Hospitality, Hotelería o afines • Experiencia profesional comprobable en atención al cliente, ventas, soporte, servicio posventa, hospitalidad o áreas relacionadas • Dominio práctico de técnicas de servicio al cliente: comunicación asertiva, escucha activa, manejo de objeciones, manejo de conflictos y orientación al usuario • Capacidad para explicar conceptos prácticos de forma clara, cercana y aplicable • Excelente comunicación verbal y habilidades interpersonales • Experiencia docente (deseable)
