📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executives to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions. • Conduct in-depth discovery to map business processes and identify pain points. • Design and deliver compelling Proofs of Value anchored to core business outcomes. • Address technical objections and articulate how Squint integrates with existing manufacturing workflows. • Engage with key stakeholders, from plant managers to C-level executives, to ensure alignment on business objectives. • Prioritize our customers’ success above all else.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 3-5+ years in a technical customer-facing role, ideally in manufacturing, AI, AR, or industrial solutions. • Technical Proficiency: Ability to design and scope AI- and AR-driven manufacturing solutions and Proof of Value implementations. • Analytical Skills: Ability to understand customer needs, analyze data, and tailor solutions to address specific pain points. • Communication Skills: Ability to create technical proposals, presentations, and ROI analyses to share with stakeholders at all levels of an organization. • Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, inventing solutions on-the-fly. • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
