📋 Description
• Support strategy development, planning, and execution for programs and initiatives • Provide recommendations across multiple workstreams • Think strategically, translate strategies into actionable plans • Analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement • Perform gap analyses and create recommendation reports • Design and implement change management strategies • Develop internal and external communication products • Identify and document knowledge management requirements • Collect, review, and aggregate data into spreadsheets • Design and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses • Work with the Project Manager to engage customers • Coordinate briefings to be presented to senior leadership • Provide meeting design and facilitation support
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in change management • Master's Degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of experience in change management • PROSCI certification is preferred • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
