📋 Description

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. • Creating BRD/BRS documents processes, workflows, and requirements in a clear and actionable manner. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solutions and ensure that deliverables are met. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning. • Develop comprehensive reporting and performance metrics to monitor project success. • Act as a mediator and facilitator during stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role. • Experience with AI and workflows • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools is a plus. • Experience in Agile environment preferred.
