• Partner with client stakeholders to uncover challenges and define technical solutions. • Run discovery sessions, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into technical direction. • Rapidly prototype AI-powered solutions and design systems that scale into production. • Make key architectural decisions and steer delivery from initial concept to live deployment. • Mentor engineers, set high standards through code reviews, and share best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, impactful solutions. • Explore and apply the latest AI tools and techniques to bring innovation into real projects.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of hands-on senior software engineering experience • Strong architectural thinking and ability to make sound technical trade-offs • Experience leading workshops or working directly with customers • Excellent communication skills — able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders • Mentorship or leadership experience guiding engineering teams • Curiosity and hands-on experience with modern AI tools
