• Own demand generation and growth strategy and execution. • Define ICPs, positioning, and messaging for technical and economic buyers. • Plan and run product/feature launches across our web, social, content, paid, and field/partner channels. • Build sales enablement: core deck, battlecards, one-pagers, demo scripts, objection handling. • Design multi-channel ABM programs (outbound, partner, events, paid, content) and PLG growth campaigns. • Measure what matters: funnel health, velocity, CAC/LTV, attribution; report weekly to execs.
• 5+ years in B2B SaaS with API/devtools/infrastructure products • Proven track record in demand gen, driving enterprise pipeline via positioning, launches, and ABM programs. • Proven ability to build from zero to one: defining strategy, processes, and playbooks for new marketing motions in fast-moving or ambiguous environments. • Exceptional writing and storytelling for both CTO/CPO/CIO and developer/ops personas. • Analytics-driven; fluent with CRM/marketing ops and lightweight experimentation. • Bias to action; comfortable as a player-coach working cross-functionally. • Nice to have: AI/agentic platforms, iPaaS/integrations, security/compliance familiarity.
