📋 Description
• Manage all customer interactions across phone, email, and chat • Guide customers through the entire sales journey, including quoting and invoicing • Coordinate and schedule new jobs and recurring services • Act as the main point of contact between customers and technicians • Proactively reach out to recurring customers and schedule their services
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience • Must be proficient in Gmail & able to learn Simpro • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a sharp eye for detail • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines efficiently • Solar experience is preferred but not mandatory
