📋 Description
• Design, execute, and maintain robust manual and automated test cases for Java-based web applications • Build and run automation scripts using Selenium or similar tools • Conduct web-service and API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI • Validate backend data using SQL queries and relational databases • Contribute to test planning, estimation, and strategy discussions • Log, track, and verify defects in coordination with development teams • Lead internal QA reviews and promote testing best practices • Communicate clearly with developers, analysts, and clients to resolve issues • Maintain comprehensive documentation of test results, revisions, and QA metrics • Mentor junior testers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in software testing • Strong proficiency in manual testing and automation frameworks • Experience with Selenium or equivalent tools • Solid understanding of API testing and SQL • Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
