📋 Description

• Analyze architectural and engineering plans to identify material and labor requirements. • Prepare detailed cost estimates, including quantities, pricing, and resource allocations. • Collaborate with project teams to clarify specifications and resolve discrepancies in plans. • Coordinate structural engineers to ensure designs meet customer requirements and are produced in a timely manner. • Conduct quantity take-offs and verify measurements for accuracy and compliance. • Develop bills of quantities (BOQs) and cost breakdowns for project proposals. • Review and interpret technical specifications to ensure alignment with project goals. • Maintain accurate records of estimates and supporting documentation for audits. • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing for materials and equipment. • Organize installers to attend site for installation. • Coordinate with accounts team to ensure all billing has been processed. • Coordinate with installers to ensure all documentation has been produced and standards have been adhered to.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management is preferred. • 1+ years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or related fields. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and documentation. • Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex project requirements. • Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.
