📋 Description

• You develop and own a scalable operating model across Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Distribution and central support functions. • You set the strategic direction for the operational value chain — from procurement through production to distribution. • In close collaboration with the Finance Lead, you develop an integrated KPI system and a performance cockpit. • You are responsible for budget planning, forecasting and profitability analyses to balance growth and profitability. • You identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities and drive Lean, Kaizen and efficiency initiatives. • You make strategic decisions on the selection, implementation and integration of core systems (ERP, CRM, BI). • You ensure the stability of day-to-day operations by setting priorities and leading cross-functional coordination at the strategic level. • You design clear role, circle and decision-making structures within our holacracy.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–15+ years of experience in operations, strategy or management roles (e.g., COO, VP/Head of Ops, GM). • Proven experience in building and scaling growing organizations. • Combination of a scale-up mindset and structural expertise from established companies. • Deep expertise in process design, system implementation, KPIs and Operational Excellence. • High AI literacy: you are familiar with modern AI tools, understand their potential across the value chain, and apply AI deliberately for automation, efficiency and better decision-making. • Confident handling of modern tool landscapes (ERP, CRM, BI) and data-driven decision models. • Basic understanding of the functional logics in Sales, Customer Support, Finance and People (HR) and the ability to connect these areas. • Communication style: precise, calm and decisive. • Experience with self-organized, role-based working models is a plus.
