• The employer is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending autonomous algorithm protocol deployed on secure, efficient, flexible lending protocol based on the Ethereum blockchain enabling lending and borrowing services. • You will be central to the company's efforts in creating an innovative, scalable, and resilient rewards system. • Working closely with a team of top-tier engineers, you’ll be responsible for tackling the complex challenges of an event-driven architecture, focusing on performance optimization, security, and web3-specific implementation hurdles. • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, event-driven architectures to ensure efficient and secure rewards distribution. • Proactively identify bottlenecks and optimize the rewards system’s performance in line with the company’s growth trajectory. • Design, develop, and test web3-integrated applications for the rewards system, including blockchain reading, indexing, transaction execution and automation development. • Champion code quality and resilience by applying best practices, such as robust testing and comprehensive documentation. • Take ownership of feature development, from scoping and initial coding to integration and deployment. • Actively participate in code reviews and share insights to uphold the team's standards and best practices. • Coordinate with peers to facilitate seamless feature integration and ensure a shared understanding of project goals. • Contribute to team health by fostering open communication and collaboration, aiding team members with project scoping and workload distribution. • Serve as a technical reference within the team, setting standards for both technical and collaborative practices.
• 6+ years in software development, including 3+ years in web3. • Deep expertise in TypeScript, strong architectural knowledge, and proven code quality practices. • Proficiency with testing tools and practices (e.g., Hardhat, Jest, Mocha). • Extensive experience with web3 tools and scalability topics about EVM. • High proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience in large-scale architecture built on EVM, such as indexers, monitoring, or event-driven systems.
