• Growing the customer base with active sales to both warm and cold B2B clients, up-selling to existing clients. • Communicating with customers by phone, online, and face-to-face. • Conducting DEMO-meetings. • Representing Stebby in different events and being an active ambassador of Stebby. • Working with CRM (Pipedrive) and keeping it tidy. • Helping and advising customers with onboarding. • Maintaining and warming customer relations. • Aligning and closely collaborating with other teams (mainly Customer Support and Marketing).
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales • Confidence in telesales and/or direct sales • Understanding the principles of insurance and ability to compare affordable health insurance solutions on the market • Experience with health insurance sales is considered an advantage • Persistence and intelligence to convince clients to try new, modern employee motivation solutions • A proactive seller with a positive mindset who isn’t afraid of rejection and sees every "no" as an opportunity rather than a setback. • Willingness to grow together with Stebby and develop yourself. • A people person and a team-player. • A sense of ownership, ability to work independently and decent work ethic. • Ability to function effectively in a remote work environment • Excellent Latvian and English skills with strong presentation, argumentation, and communication skills.
