• Serve as the technical point of contact for banking clients, providing specialized support. • Perform data queries and manipulations using SQL Server and MySQL/MariaDB. • Implement and manage Integration Services. • Execute database backup and restore processes. • Analyze and resolve technical issues reported by clients efficiently. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience and ensure client satisfaction.
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced English proficiency for technical conversations with clients and documentation. • Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including T-SQL and Integration Services. • Experience with database backup and restore procedures. • Analytical skills to solve complex problems. • Knowledge of MySQL/MariaDB. • Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
