📋 Description

• Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog aligned with the product vision and customer needs. • Product Development: Understand the product development lifecycle from concept through launch. • Requirements Specification: Clearly define user stories, acceptance criteria, and other requirements in a way the development team can understand. • Market Analysis: Conduct market research, understand trends, and identify opportunities for the product. • Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical and Product Management Skills: • - Backlog Management: Ability to create and prioritize a product backlog. • - Product Development Knowledge: Understanding of the product development lifecycle. • - Requirements Specification: Skill in defining user stories and acceptance criteria. • - Market Analysis: Ability to conduct research and identify opportunities. • Specific Knowledge: • - Agile Methodologies: Deep knowledge of agile frameworks, especially Scrum. • - Product Vision: Ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision. • - Stakeholder Management: Skill in aligning expectations across stakeholders. • Academic Qualifications: • - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields. • - Certifications: Certifications such as CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) and PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner) are a plus. • Experience: • - Product Management Experience: Practical experience managing digital products, preferably in agile environments. • - Leadership Experience: Experience leading product development teams.
