📋 Description

• Plan and detail the project's functional scope, aligned with strategic objectives • Define clear and concise product requirements • Ensure deliveries that provide added value to the business and to users • Prioritize features and requirements based on impact and ROI • Participate in discovery rituals (inception, design sprints, workshops) • Prepare functional documentation and create artifacts that describe product functionality • Map ROI and support strategic decision-making • Manage the backlog, keeping it up to date and prioritized • Lead knowledge-transfer sessions for functional requirements with the team • Monitor functional requests and support the development team

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role • Deep business knowledge and the ability to translate needs into solutions • Clear communication skills with technical teams and stakeholders • Strategic mindset for defining priorities and objectives • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Analytical capability to interpret metrics and support decision-making • Basic technology knowledge to understand limitations and possibilities
