📋 Description

• Provide practical, business-forward legal advice supporting day-to-day operations. • Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements including customer, supplier, confidentiality, and licensing agreements. • Guide and oversee the IP lifecycle and manage IP protection efforts in coordination with outside counsel and internal stakeholders. • Support regulatory requirements and assist with employment-related matters. • Research legal and commercial risks to guide decisions and reduce risks. • Provide legal support for strategic growth transactions and corporate governance documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school (required). • Active license and State Bar membership in good standing (required). • 3–5 years of related legal experience (required). • Experience advising on corporate matters, commercial transactions, & risk management (strongly preferred). • Experience with California law (preferred). • Experience supporting strategic growth transactions (buy-side M&A experience preferred). • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and CLM programs (preferred).
