📋 Description

• You independently plan and coordinate the setup and modification of integrations between our enterprise clients' applicant tracking systems (ATS) and the StepStone platform for transmitting job postings • You maintain regular close communication with our developers and collaborate with our Customer Service team and clients • You monitor existing integrations to ensure quality • You initiate appropriate actions in response to error reports • You manage and maintain your projects in our internal systems and organize daily tasks via our ticketing system

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or equivalent, or a degree in business informatics or a related field • You are technically inclined and familiar with APIs • Initial experience in technical customer support is desirable (including internships or working student positions) • Knowledge of XML/JSON and HTML is an advantage • Very good written and spoken English
