📋 Description

• You will lead international performance and talent management projects from concept to implementation — always with a focus on business impact, scalability and future readiness. • You design global standards, e.g., for performance management, skill management, succession planning and leadership culture. • You drive talent initiatives across the organization together with our People Partners and business leaders. • You leverage data and insights to develop evidence-based talent management practices. • You prepare decision papers and present them persuasively to Senior Management and the Executive Committee. • You identify trends, benchmarks and best practices and introduce new impulses on topics such as digitalization, AI, leadership and skill management into the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related field. • Several years of relevant experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development or a related area; consulting experience is a plus. • Strong project management skills, excellent conceptual ability and the capacity to quickly grasp complex topics. • Confident manner at all levels of the organization and the ability to manage high-impact international projects. • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and a strong results orientation. • Fluent English is essential; German is desirable; additional languages are an advantage. • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 1–2 days/month).
