📋 Description

• Engages in data collection, maintenance, and analysis to support evaluation, assessment, and strategic planning • Responsible for utilizing strategies and technology to analyze current and historical data • Designs, develops and maintains interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models • Devises efficient and scalable methods for identifying data patterns and trends • Performs specialized assignments; solves complex problems and develops non-traditional solutions • Identifies opportunities to automate manual reporting processes including leveraging approved AI technologies • Interprets internal/external business environment to understand the relationship between processes and systems • Recommends best practices to improve processes or services based on data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities • Design and support ETL processes, data pipelines, and data transformation workflows • Impacts achievements of customer, operational, project or service objectives • Uses excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate difficult concepts • May lead functional projects with moderate risks and resource requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred • Strong technical expertise in Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service, SQL, and data modeling • Advanced DAX, Power Inquiry, M Language, and analytics solution development • Database skills, including writing complex queries, data manipulation, and query optimization • Experience developing and supporting end-to-end analytics solutions from source systems to executive dashboards • Experience with relational databases and dimensional data modeling, ETL processes, data integration, and data pipeline concepts • Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
